I'm new to the asian scene and found this forum, which so far has helped me out
a lot. I'm very new to the scene, so I've had to rely solely on SEO for generating traffic.
Fortunately I'm seeing about 1000 uniques a day after a month - but for the life of me
I haven't been able to convert anyone. I saw an earlier post showing payouts for various
sites and it was depressing. Which makes me think what we're doing wrong.
The consensus I get is that tube sites are killing opportunities? I think they're going to
be around for good, so I think it's time for "the community" to come up with newer business
model that somehow favors everyone down the value chain.
I think a good example of a model that works well is myfreecams, when compared to the
general camgirls biz model. I have talked to a lot of people in Japan recently about this but
they don't see it as much of a problem because Japanese are scared of priracy. So that alone
is a good reason for concentrating on Japanese traffic, I think...
Anyway, I also wanted to ask, where are the forum rules? I've put a link to my blog in my sig,
but I'm not sure if it's allowed. If someone could point me to the rules I'll do my best to obey them.
