Finally got a reply:

"Hi! Kona's site is still active (forum, journal) but she's not updating
content at this time (and hasn't been for a while). She's going to grad
school right now and is indecisive about the direction of the site. I'll
keep you updated as we come to a decision on what's going to happen."

Hopefully she'll get back to updating her site, she's super cutie, and her body, omg! lovely

When was he last time he updated it? I see on the affiliate site he has not posted new TGP since 2007.

I think it's safe to assume that site isn't doing anymore updates anymore, for members area content and for webmaster promo tools
