Damn, what a fucking idiot! They never quit do they!

This guy Perry Mcneely, a 60-year-old American, was arrested for sexually abusing several teenaged Filipino girls a few years ago.

Mcneely, a retired airline pilot, was charged with sexually molesting young girls in the Philppines and also spends alot of time in Pattaya Thailand.

In exchange for sexual favors, Mcneely allegedly promised the girls modeling jobs in foreign magazines. Other victims were promised trips abroad once they were matched with American pen pals.

Court records in the United States showed that Mcneely was criminally charged with molesting five girls, aged 11 to 16, before the 22nd Judicial District of Louisiana.

On Feb. 10, 2000 the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested an American, Perry McNeely, inside a hotel room, after he took photos of nude minors. He was also linked to a website that featured nude Filipinas and other Asian women having sex. He was charged with rape, child abuse and violation of Act 6955.

It was alleged that McNeely befriended a number of Filipina women and convinced them to either pose in naked or in swimsuits, promising them that their pictures would be put on the Internet for the purpose of matching them to foreign nationals.

Michael Lopez is supposed to be in prison for homicide.

Lopez was arrested in 2001, he was facing a homicide case before the Regional Trial Court Branch (RTC) 8 for killing Wilfredo Cabonita of Bulacao, on Sept. 30, 1997.

Both Cabonita and Lopez were nursing students at St. Paul’s College in Bulacao, when, inside a classroom, the American national mauled the victim in front of several other students. Cabonita died at the Hospital.

A court record presented showed that Lopez was convicted in a decision penned by RTC 8 Judge Antonio Echavez dated May 7, 2003.

Lopez is supposed to be in jail but there is no communication from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BMJP) to the immigration office whether or not Lopez is already released officially or if he escaped from prison.

This guy is not going anywhere. The US Consulate is on this. There is no way he will be able to buy his way out of it.

McNeely, has a condo at Skybeach Condo, Pattaya, Bangkok, Thailand.

Before he came to the Philippines last Nov. 25, is also reportedly facing an “open case” in Thailand. Does anyone know what that “open case” may be ?

The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is working on the case. They will be investigating sites that he was supplying content to.

This story is pretty old: from 2000! Is it the same McNeely that got arrested in December 2009?

I would ask myself why the Philippine immigration let the guy back into the PI when they had deported him in 2003? Is it possible they did not take this serious enough in the first place? Why would they let a convicted criminal come back into the country? The official being responsible for removing him from the blacklist should face serious charges.
