Ethics of buying your competitors keywords?

Anyone ever pay attention to who is advertising on Google for your domain name keywords? How do you feel about direct competitors doing this?

I don't know if anyone else pays attention to this sort of thing, but as times have gotten tougher I am noticing more and more webmasters trying some pretty crappy things just to get a few more hits.

Do you mean, like for example I own TeenQueens.net, if competitors are trying to get those keyword searches for "Teen Queens"?
