Wanted: Dean Boyd Marston

There is currently an Arrest warrant out for Australian national Dean Boyd Marston ( AKA Din Din Ortin ) in connection with sexual offences against an underage girl in Cebu Philippines. Marston who is currently on bail for another offence is now in hiding assisted by his girlfriend Robelyn M. Bandejas (Ruby). There are also two other Rape cases filed against him.

I am told this person is in Perth, Western Australia. Is he wanted in Australia (which I do not think is the case) or is the warrant for his arrest only in the Philippines ? Obviously only with an extradition order could be be brought back to the Philippines, but as the Wanted Notice says he has a deportation order against him, he is not wanted back in the Philippines the only want to deport him.

The information i have is that he has never left the Philippines. The cases are serious enough for extradition and the Australian authorities are aware of those and would certainly apprehend him concerning those matters as well as conspiracy to murder another Australian citizen. As for the pictures. He is a pyschopath and big time substance abuser and they explain his poses.

I can assure you that he's in the Philippines, Cebu, where he always was,he's not wanted by any one. This was a plot by Chris Bennetts to deport him because he knows too much about him and also to snitch some one to the PI authorities as he was advised by his friend Rotarian Dave Poley in exchange of avoiding arrest. He failed, his (Bennetts) warrant of arrest was issued later, he (Chris) went on the hide, Dean walks the streets in Cebu free as a bird. Bennetts is under constant surveillance and pressured by the PI authorities to reveal more actors operating in the PI. On this page they give her the name Elly and an age of 18 which more than likely is false. It would be my guess she is probably closer to 20 and like the other girls featured on the site probably has not seen the inside of a classroom for many years. The pictures are of adult girls dressed up in school uniforms to appeal to the customers who are biased toward such material".
